Assistant GM ,Technology Operations (100K)

The Role Overview: This role will be responsible for managing IT budget to achieve business operation and project goal, also enhancing IT service & platform to improve business operation performance. This is a permanent role with a leading FMCG company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide infrastructure services vision, enable innovation and leverage IT trends that can create business value consistent with the company’s requirements and expectations
• Provide IT directions and solutions on business requirements and operation challenges
• Closely monitor IT KPIs and ensure high system availability
• Provides quality service to end users in needs analysis, solution recommendation, vendor selection, implementation, training, and post-installation support
• Determines pertinent information required by management in making effective decisions
• Lead, supervise or consult on projects to minimise risk, ensure on-time, on-budget and on-scope delivery
• Lead all infrastructure projects and technology upgrade projects
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
• Oversee the performance management, mentoring, and career development of assigned IT staff

Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related disciplines
• Over 10 years of relevant working experience in IT governance, security, risk management, compliance, and/or IT audit function
• Outstanding skills in stakeholder management and project management
• Hands-on experience in developing and enforcing IT policies, standards, and guidelines for corporate
• Knowledge of technical controls and operations. Able to bridge the technical team and compliance team to conform the compliance requirement
• Holder of any professional certificates in CISSP, CISA, ISO Lead Auditor or equivalent with hands-on practice is a must
• Competent knowledge and good understanding of Information Security framework, standard and regulations from Mainland China and/or SEA
• Familiar with audit exercises, experience in dealing with auditors and internal controls is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Be self-motivated, initiative with good problem solving and analytical skills
• Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) in both speaking and writing
