Senior Solution Manager, Payment (In-house)

Our client is a household name in Hong Kong specialising in electronic payment and related digital products. It operates various payment services in Hong Kong, and internationally.

Responsibilities:

• Lead internal and external resources in system development in support of a range of digital product and services such as online payment services, multiple electronic payment transaction processing and services, big data, loyalty, digital marketing, funds disbursement, service portals, etc
• Collaborate with different teams across IT infrastructure, Project Management and Architecture to drive transformation and change management in network infrastructure, multi-cloud hosting, application infrastructure, ERP, data governance, etc
• Lead cross-functional and cross-border projects Identify partners to development project opportunities: tendering, partnership to grow the organisation’s products and service portfolio internationally and locally
• Ensure service delivery meeting requirements, complying with contracts, service levels, statutory and industrial best practice

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science
• 15 years+ solid IT management experience
• Good knowledge of Big Data, Digital Marketing, Cloud Technologies, Digital Solutions, and Contemporary Enterprise Architecture
• Track record(s) in project management, creation of digital architecture roadmap and demonstrate mastering of low-level components to address business improvement needs
• Proven e-payment and e-commerce business knowledge
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams (including IT and non-IT stakeholders) to launch IT projects and related services
• Good command of written English and Chinese, fluent spoken English, Cantonese or Mandarin
