This is a Deputy Executive Manager role to build and support the Identity Management for Cloud Platforms Team. The responsibilities include implementation, deployment, monitoring, support, and configuration management on AWS, Azure and on-prem. This will include the cross platform support and delivery of Identity Management Services including cloud and Kubernetes.

Major Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and adoption of a modern Customer Identity and Access Management for the world’s largest Club
• Own the full product lifecycle of the ForgeRock application environment (Design, Build, Run), on cloud (AWS/Azure) and on-prem (K8s)
• Lead and manage technical issues impacting applications working cross functionally across leads of infrastructure, storage, and application teams
• Provide guidance to a team of IAM engineers to troubleshoot and investigate performance issues, and resolve in timely fashion
• Risk and Control oversight of IAM environment ensuring engagement with Security, SRE and other engineering teams

Qualifications / Experience:

• University degree or above in Computer science or Engineering or equivalent
• At least 10 years IT experience in managing system analysis and design, software development and software maintenance
• Working experience on large scale, high availability and high performance systems, in particular customer identity and access management system of online banking is preferred

Technical Skills:

• Experience in all the ForgeRock products (AM, IDM, DS)
• Experience in the development of Customer and IDAM specific features for high throughput, low latency applications
• Thorough understanding of SAML, OIDC and OAuth2 protocol
• Experience with custom development of IAM solutions using Java, JSON, SAML, OAuth2
• The realisation of the Customer data model in ForgeRock and supporting data migration
• Review and Development of REST APIs required for integration with target applications
• Familiarity with development languages: Java (Spring), JS (NodeJs)
• Experience in deploying ForgeRock stack in AWS or Azure cloud platforms (especially in Kubernetes)
• Experience in Terraform/Helm deployment and configuration scripting language
• Leading the integration with the various applications
• Supporting the DevOps team with building a ForgeRock CI/CD pipeline
• Able to convey risk to all levels of the business, from management to operations and development teams
• At least 5 years of experience in agile delivery (Scrum, Spotify, SAFe)
