A local MNC is looking for a Senior Manager to overesee software application for Group IT
Job Scope
- Directs, oversees, and assists with the selection, implementation, and installation of software applications used by the organisation.
- Provides guidance and consultation on applications and related services to other departments, which may include reviewing system documentation, feasibility, design, testing, and implementation.
- Coordinates the resources needed to meet client and/or business objectives related to software applications.
- Assesses hardware/software systems, applications, and processes to facilitate a Group Information Technology (GIT) strategy.
- Develops and authenticates IT business continuity plans.
- Develops and adheres to departmental AM/AD budget.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- provide user support and training for GIT Applications Landscapes, maintain a knowledge base for departments throughout the company and create documentation as well as promote best practices in the applications utilization.
- Manage and co-ordinate with Group IT on technical matter especially on Cloud Design and Azure Usage across various BU.
Requirements
- Higher education (Bachelor or Master degree) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT
- 7+ years of experience in a Supply Chain, Finance or IT role. Preferably in Food and FMCG, and experience in D365/Oracle/JDE usage as advanced user knowledge and/or key user experience
- Thorough understanding of internet/intranet, including experience with specific network environments and protocols in use at the organisation.
- Excellent customer service and project management skills.
- Proficient level of English is a must and Putonghua preferred.
- Ability to solve technical and operational problems.
- Well structured, good analytical and conceptual thinking. Strong process-orientation to define and document business processes
- Intercultural experience and ability to act in a complex, cross-functional and group environment
