Network Support Specialist (2+ years’ experience, 29k)

A financial institution seeks a Network Support Specialist in Hong Kong Island, to manage Cisco networks, IP phones, and voice and video systems in a flexible, inclusive, and growth-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities:

As Network Support Specialist, you will provide Cisco network and IT infrastructure support, collaborate with vendors, monitor systems, and ensure compliance with IT standards.

• Provide day-to-day technical support for Cisco network, video conferencing, IP phones, voice recording solutions, and related IT systems
• Administer IT infrastructure projects, including planning, documentation, and reporting
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve network incidents and provide on-call support during non-office hours
• Monitor system health, network performance, and security, using internal systems (CUCM, CUPM, CUOM, Cisco MeetingPlace, Active Directory, MCU, etc.) and external platforms (Etradeal, NICE Perform/NTR recording systems, NICE FUSION)
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements, complete mandatory training, and maintain certification and role fitness

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring network support experience, IT project skills, Cisco/NICE system proficiency, collaboration, and compliance knowledge.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on network support experience
• Cisco certification preferred
• Proven track record delivering IT infrastructure projects in complex, fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Cantonese, both written and verbal
