M365 Engineer / Lead - Digital workplace - multipal headcounts

We are seeking a talented M365 Engineer/Lead to join our client's team and play a key role in managing and supporting Microsoft 365 services, Active Directory, Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, and digital workplace solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with varying levels of experience to contribute to enterprise-level IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Viva Suites, Copilot, Power Platform, and AD/AAD-related services.
• Design, implement, and maintain corporate directory services while integrating third-party technology solutions.
• Provide technical support for M365 applications, troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and execute change requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud adoption strategies aligned with the organization's technology goals.
• Support IT infrastructure setup, migration projects, and disaster recovery (DR) drills.
• Evaluate emerging IT technologies within the Microsoft 365 environment to enhance service operations.

Qualifications for M365 Engineer:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune).
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS), virtualization, and backup/disaster recovery solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.

Qualifications for M365 Lead:

• Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience managing AD/AAD and M365 systems in large enterprise environments.
• Expertise in endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune), Windows/MacOS operating systems, and PowerShell scripting.
• Proven ability to lead complex IT infrastructure projects and provide stakeholder support.
• Strong interpersonal skills with fluency in written/spoken English and Chinese.
