Infrastructure Specialist (~40K; Financial Services)

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join a leading company in the finance industry. This role involves managing servers, networks, and end-user support, as well as driving IT enhancement projects. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, networking equipment. If you're proactive and eager to learn, this is your chance to excel!

Responsibilities

• Server & network Administration & Support

• Support end user workstation environment

• Support enhancement and projects

• Maintain and review IT hardware and support contracts.

• Maintain compliance to Group Policy, Procedures and Standards

Requirements

• University graduate with major in computer science, information technology or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience with preferably 2 years in Finance industry.

• Possess qualifications of MCSE / CCNA / LINUX or related is preferred and advantage.

• Experienced in supporting end user workstations – Windows Operating system, LAN and productivity software – MS Office, MS Outlook etc.

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server and Linux Operating System environments

• Knowledge of managing networking equipment such as firewalls, routers and switches

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN and WAN technologies

• Experience in PABX support and Voice Record system support preferred

• Self-motivated, and able to work independently under a high-pressure environment

• Strong desire to learn new technologies

• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin
