A leading financial services institution is seeking for an Investment Bank PMO (Infrastructure) in Hong Kong to drive large-scale IT infrastructure projects within a collaborative, flexible, and growth-focused global technology team.

Key responsibilities

As an Investment Bank PMO (Infrastructure), you will support Asia-wide infrastructure projects by coordinating plans, tracking progress, reporting to stakeholders, and driving PMO best practices across global technology teams.

  • Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple infrastructure projects and portfolios
  • Track and maintain all key project controls including milestones, risks, issues, actions, dependencies, decisions, and life cycle documentation
  • Manage project financials by raising funding requests and monitoring actuals and forecasts against budgets
  • Prepare governance materials, status reports, presentations, and meeting documentation to ensure transparency and compliance with PM standards
  • Drive cross-team collaboration and best practices while supporting portfolio management, departmental communications, and IT-wide initiatives

Candidate profile

The ideal Investment Bank PMO (Infrastructure) should have strong experience in complex enterprise tech projects, solid IT or business background, bilingual English and Chinese skills, and excels in organisation, collaboration, project reporting, and stakeholder communication.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, business, or related field, with minimum 5 years’ experience in analyst roles, including at least 3 years in project management. Formal project management training is an advantage
  • Proven delivery of large-scale and end-user technology projects, particularly in IT infrastructure, networking, or voice environments
  • Financial services industry exposure is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, SharePoint, and project/portfolio management and reporting tools
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) who is detail-oriented, analytical, self-driven, and effective working both independently and in teams
