Assistant Network Manager (~45K; Perm role)

We are looking for a Network Engineer to design and optimise network infrastructure for office and store operations. You will manage wired and wireless networks (Aruba, Huawei, Cisco) and drive innovation with AI powered network management. CCIE certification or equivalent is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and establish standards for office and store network infrastructure, ensuring efficient network delivery, operations, and maintenance.
• Monitor network performance by collecting and analyzing data in-depth, and implement continuous optimizations to enhance performance.
• Develop and implement network solutions that align with business needs while improving the efficiency of network delivery processes.
• Drive the adoption of AI technologies in network management, focusing on automation and advancing network intelligence.
• Maintain and update network diagrams and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in maintaining wired and wireless networks, with familiarity with leading network brands such as Aruba, Huawei, and Cisco.
• At least 3 years of experience in platform development.
• Proficiency in Python programming and development frameworks such as Django.
• Experience in developing network automation solutions.
• Skilled in configuring network monitoring and alarm systems, particularly using the TIG stack (Telegraf, InfluxDB, Grafana).
• Possession of CCIE or equivalent certifications is an advantage.
• A proactive and innovative mindset, with a strong passion for promoting network automation and intelligence.
