he successful candidate will have the chance to collaborate with other members of the IT Helpdesk team on technical support and system implementation, ensuring the smooth operation of IT services within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line IT support, addressing user inquiries via calls and emails
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and IT services issues
- Support Windows desktops, Microsoft Office, business applications, and peripheral devices
- Manage user account and access control
- Maintain IT equipment, servers, and basic network connectivity
- Assist with server troubleshooting and Active Directory administration
- Track and update support requests in the service desk system
- Manage hardware and software inventories
- Adhere to IT security policies and procedures to protect sensitive information
Requirements:
- A diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support
- Proficiency in administering Microsoft 365 products
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A sense of responsibility
- A team-oriented attitude
