Senior Manager - Network Operations/ Projects (Bank) (HKD$1M+)

What you'll do:

• Lead a support engineering team, deploying network projects to ensure network operations and stability.
• Implement operational controls and drive continuous improvement.
• Digitize IT operations using tools like ServiceNow, Terraform, and Ansible Tower.
• Oversee and monitor operational and security processes through KPI and metrics.
• Manage incident responses and handle outages of critical network infrastructure.
• Manage operations budget and vendor relationships using risk management methodologies.
• Develop and enforce network policies and industry standards compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams, including developers, IT managers, and vendors.

What you'll bring:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Over 7 years of experience with mission-critical IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in building and troubleshooting large-scale IP networks.
• Experience in team management for IT infrastructure development and support.
• Knowledge of security and networking products like Firewalls, Routers, and Load-balancers.
• Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Ansible, SolarWinds, Firemon, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Equips with strong communication skills, speaks fluent English and Cantonese
