Trade Floor Support/ Infrastructure Analyst (HKD$500-700K)

What you'll do:

  • Set up new PCs and install/test software (desktop and trading applications).
  • Manage cabling, including network patching (dataport, patch panel, switchport) and maintain Cable ID inventory.
  • Conduct basic network troubleshooting and isolation using tools like cable testers.
  • Provide Tier 1 support for voice platforms (Microsoft Teams / IPC dealerboard).
  • Collaborate with Tier 2 support and international teams for issue resolution.
  • Assist Trade floor support and Service desk with user inquiries.
  • Monitor system patches for Windows and telephone devices.
  • Manage hardware and software inventory records.
  • Deliver IT support services for users across Asia.

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of IT support experience, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Hands-on support for VIP staff locally and internationally.
  • Basic knowledge of voice platforms (Microsoft Teams telephony, IPC dealerboard).
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11, MS Office, O365, and networking.
  • Willingness to work outside of office hours and during public holidays for system changes.
  • Speaks excellent English and is fluent in Cantonese are desirable
