his role offers the opportunity to support core desktop platforms, manage day-to-day client support operations, and contribute to desktop-related projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver client support services including the support of core desktop platform
  • Manage day-to-day client support operations and request fulfilment
  • Contribute to desktop-related projects
  • Resolve complex technical issues
  • Facilitate skills and knowledge transfer to other team members
  • Ensure proper problem follow-up with revised process or solution fully implemented
  • Identify issues and improvement opportunities to further enhance service quality and team effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of user technical support experience in a financial institution required
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skill
  • Process-oriented mindset
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Active Directory, MS O365, MS Office, MS Teams, Windows Desktop and Server environments, video conferencing system and application delivery
  • Broad understanding of mobile technology
  • Good written and verbal communications skills as well as strong customer service experience
