(Assistant) Manager - Network Security (HKD$850K+)

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate on network tasks: design, implementation, operation, and migration of wired and wireless technology.
  • Provide technical support for university data centers, focusing on internal networks.
  • Ensure optimal operation of Wi-Fi and related services.
  • Manage hardware and software inventory, including system upgrades and acquisition.
  • Coordinate with departments to plan IT infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare budget plans for IT service requirements and initiatives.
  • Implement IT infrastructure projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish architectural standards.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in managing Wi-Fi and network operations.
  • Proficient in BGP, OSPF, RIP, and SD-WAN.
  • Familiarity with Linux, Radius, DNS, DHCP, IPv4, and IPv6.
  • Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi systems from various brands.
  • Preferred experience with Huawei, Aruba, Palo Alto, CheckPoint, Juniper, and Cisco products.
  • Additional experience with Juniper MIST AIOps, Radware, Allot, Infoblox is a plus.
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese, with strong leadership skills.
