AVP, Infrastructure/ Solution Architect (HKD$1M-HKD$1.3M)

Join us as an Infrastructure SME to help design and maintain a critical infrastructure environment that supports daily operations. Collaborate with experts in Critical Service Engineering and IT teams to drive infrastructure improvements in Hong Kong's fast-paced financial market.

What you'll do:

• Act as the Infrastructure Architect/Solution Architect to help design and implement various infrastructure technologies across operating systems, including Linux, Windows, and cloud platforms
• Evaluate diverse infrastructure solutions and emerging technologies to determine the best fit for a variety of projects.
• Deploy and support infrastructure solutions in complex, high-performance trading environments that require stability, high throughput, and low latency.
• Advise on operating policies, technical architecture, and infrastructure system configurations.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for system architecture and design and oversee the implementation of new systems and infrastructure solutions.
• Establish standard procedures and configurations for infrastructure technologies, including monitoring, troubleshooting, installation, patching, upgrades, performance tuning, backup and recovery, testing, and capacity planning.
• Review deliverables from project and BAU teams to ensure the highest quality of delivery and implementation.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Scienceor equilvalent
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure support and system design.
• Proficient in deploying public or private cloud computing and virtualization projects are strong advantages
• Strong knowledge of deploying infrastructure projects are strong advantages
• Experience in handling L3 incident requests for supporting critical infrastructure environments is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese
