What you'll do:

• Hosting Services: Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the hosting infrastructure and platforms as well as the operational support systems
• Operational Excellence: Managing hosting budgets, managing P&L, procurement, and vendor relationships reflect a strong business acumen and operational management capability.
• Leadership and Team Management: Ability to manage a diverse team focused on hosting services, customer service, and billing support. This includes fostering a customer-centric culture and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Process Improvement: Implementing standardized processes and procedures for efficient operations indicates a focus on optimizing workflows and incident response strategies.
• Strategic Planning: Partnering with business teams to align hosting services with the company's strategic goals and financial targets suggests capabilities in long-term vision setting and execution.

What you'll bring:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Technical Acumen with Trading Technologies: Knowledge of trading applications and technologies is preferred, indicating the need for familiarity with tools and systems used in high-frequency and algorithmic trading.
• Extensive Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience, with more than 5 years in a leadership position. This highlights the importance of both technical expertise and managerial know-how.
