NOC Engineer

This role offers an exciting opportunity to monitor and maintain the network infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations around the clock.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the network infrastructure and troubleshoot network issues
  • Implement solutions to resolve or mitigate network issues
  • Provide first-tier technical support for network-related issues
  • Collaborate with second-tier technical support for issue escalation
  • Engage and develop positive relationships with customers and partners
