Responsibilities:
Monitor the network infrastructure and troubleshoot network issues
Implement solutions to resolve or mitigate network issues
Provide first-tier technical support for network-related issues
Collaborate with second-tier technical support for issue escalation
Engage and develop positive relationships with customers and partners
Document updates on network configurations, inventory changes, and procedures
Respond promptly to network-related emergencies
Requirements:
Higher diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
CCNP/HCIP or equivalent qualification
Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching
Hands-on experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
Familiarity with network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

* Lead end-to-end Power BI dashboard development for comprehensive reporting and analysis.
Qualification
