Network Engineer

This role offers an exciting opportunity to monitor and maintain the network infrastructure, troubleshoot network issues, and implement solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the network infrastructure and identify network issues
  • Implement solutions to resolve or mitigate network issues
  • Provide second-tier technical support for network-related issues
  • Collaborate with first-tier technical support for issue escalation
  • Engage and develop positive relationships with customers and partners
  • Document updates on network configurations, inventory changes, and procedures

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • CCNP/HCIP or equivalent preferred; CCIE/HCIE is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching
  • Hands-on experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
  • Familiarity with network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
