Our client is seeking an AVP, Network Sales for their Asia Pacific operations. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a leading organisation in the financial market network sales industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for exceeding projected sales and revenue goals, as well as spearheading the expansion of new product solutions to both new and existing customers. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where innovative thinking and proactive account management are highly valued.

What you'll do:


As an AVP, Network Sales, your role will be multifaceted. You will be tasked with creating compelling business cases that are centred around the customer's business needs rather than just positioning your product or service. Your ability to think innovatively and develop new approaches will be crucial in finding solutions to pressing problems. You will also engage in out-of-the-box thinking for client or sales campaign situations, producing new ideas that can be tactically applied. Furthermore, you will proactively manage B-end accounts for key strategic accounts with the aim of developing them into potential A-end accounts.


* Create compelling business cases that focus on customer's business needs
* Find innovative solutions to pressing problems
* Engage in out-of-the-box thinking for client or sales campaign situations
* Develop new approaches or techniques; conceptualize problems and possibilities
* Proactively manage B-end accounts for key strategic accounts such as hedge funds, trading venues, etc.
* Transform potential B-end accounts into A-end accounts


What you bring:


The ideal candidate for the AVP, Network Sales role brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience in Financial Market Network sales. You have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding annual sales targets within your assigned territory and accounts. Your experience extends to managing and mentoring a team across Asia Pacific or other regions. You possess a strong understanding of electronic trading infrastructure including but not limited to Colo, L2/3, MPLS, WAN, VPN, L2/3, market data and OMS vendors. Your ability to thrive in fast moving and high-pressured environments sets you apart from others. Above all, you have the ability to focus on the customer’s business problems before trying to solve any problem with products or services.


* Industry knowledge & experience in Financial Market Network sales
* Experience in achieving/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
* Experience in managing and mentoring a team across Asia Pacific or other regions
