About the job:
- Responsible for managing multi-cloud environments operations (i.e. Azure, AWS and other PaaS & SaaS services) for managing more than 300 apps, supporting across APAC
About the responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cloud operations including: Routine operations and maintenance, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Crisis Management and Disaster Recovery across multiple technologies & cloud environments and teams
- Develop System Reliability Engineering (SRE) processes in Cloud operations
- Define and build automation tools for system health monitoring and production acceptance tests to validate production changes
About the requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent with more than 3 years of experience in cloud environment
- Demonstrated experience with Cloud (Azure & AWS) native technologies including IaaS, PaaS, Data analysis, CloudApp, etc.
- Proven experience on Cloud (Azure & AWS) operations with complex global enterprise environment
- Hands-on experience in cloud automation, cloud network and cloud monitoring are strong advantages
- Speaks fluent English and Cantonese, equips with strong communication skills
- Junior candidates can be considered as Senior Officer/ Assistant Manager
