About the job:

The Infrastructure Engineer reports into the Head of ICT & Resilience Asia, providing L1 to L2 daily support and monitoring covering Asia.

About the responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting the loca infrastructure environment, assist in daily service desk activities (provide end-user support) and perform day-to-day end user assistance by actively participating in all service desk related activities
• Provide L1 and L2 support to the end users within Asia
• Performs support function for systems that are highly reliant on network technologies, such as Citrix, VPN, RSA, VMware amongst others
• Works in accordance to the defined company policies, ITIL compliant service management processes (incident, problem and change management) and company and global AM ISAE3402 controls
• Install and deploy desktop and laptop computers and IOS based mobile devices
• Monitors and deploy computer software and patches through SCCM
• Co-responsible for maintaining the IT Asset Management and Configuration Management database (CMDB) for Asia components in ServiceNow

About the requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years working experience in IT, experience within the Finance industry is a strong advantage
• Working experience in L1 to L2 level Service Support with exposure to enterprise infrastructure environments
• Strong technical experience in supporting Windows, Linux, AD, GPO, VDFS, PKI, DHCP, DNS, DFS, Microsoft Exchange, O365, VMware VSphere, VM backup, Veeam backup and ESXi
• Technical knowledge of below:
• Windows 2016 Server, SCCM, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Windows 10, MS O365 environment, IOS
• Working knowledge of MobileIron and IOS devices;
• Experience with supporting IP Phone systems and Voice Recording system (Avaya PABX);
• Experience with audio/visual support (Cisco Technology);
• Knowledge on Sentinel One, SQL DB and administration;
• Knowledge on VMware NSX-T DC Technology

• Speaks fluent English and Cantonese with excellent communication skills
