Responsibilities:
- Experience on Checkpoint, Palo Alto, or Fortinet
- Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization
- Responsible for network related project implementation.
- Provide support for daily network operation and maintenance.
- Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls)
- Upgrade data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases.
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
- Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar discipline
- Strong previous work experience on Cisco, Palo Alto, and Fortinet.
- Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS).
- CCNA or CCNP
- Good problem solving, systematic work approach and communication skills in English are required.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
