AVP - Senior Network Manager/ Principal Engineer (FS/ Bank)

About the responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of support engineers to accomplish network operations tasks and foster systems stability through the implementation of operational controls.
• Manage operations KPI and lead continuous improvement in productivity and team performance.
• Lead the digitization of IT operations by adopting automation, system
• To oversee the quality and completeness of operational and security processes through KPI, metrics monitoring and regular testing of controls.
• Lead incident management process and command fire-fighting during technical issues, outages of critical network infrastructure
• Manage operations budget and manage vendor with prevalent third party risk management methodology
• Liaise, co-ordinate and collaborate with various internal and external parties, e.g. developers, vendors, business units, in projects, operation reviews and other business initiative.

About the requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in IT related disciplines
• At least 7-year experience in the implementation and support of IP networks
• Skills to analyse network traffic and troubleshoot the network performance issues
• In-depth technical knowledge of enterprise network products, including switches, routers, firewalls, load-balancers
• Frequent work on weekends and/or irregular working hours may be required.
