Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide technical network support, operation, monitoring, troubleshooting
• Assist in data center management and monitoring various IT equipment
• Handle Microsoft active directory and system administration
• Provide Windows OS, applications and end-users support (approx. 250 users)
• Responsible for providing moderately complex network analysis, design, support, testing, problem resolution and other activities for infrastructure operations
• Manage, optimise, and develop the network infrastructure and associated support services, including network switches, wireless access points, telecommunications, security, and Internet access. Evaluate, analyse, design, and implement new IT network infrastructure projects.
• Work with IT teams in Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai and Head Office to implement IT projects as required
Qualification Requirements:
• Bachelor degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in network infrastructure support, with good knowledge of server operating systems, networking, cabling, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, network switches, routers, firewall and other IT utilities and tools
• Familiarity with Palo Alto or Cisco firewalls
• Certified with CCNA/CCNP would be an advantage
• Familiar with network and system security control
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese
