To cope with their expansion plan, they are now looking for an IT Operation Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Senior IT Manager
- Responsible for governing IT support, infrastructure operations, incident management, root cause analysis, and infrastructure projects
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies, such as cloud projects
- Liaise with internal and external teams and manage the delivery of infrastructure services
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Senior IT Manager
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as IT Operations Specialist
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant
- 8+ years of experiences in IT infrastructure within a sizeable environment
- Experienced in cloud implementation is huge plus
- Ability to demonstrate experience in working with ITIL v3 processes
- High proficiency in both English and Chinese
