ServiceNow Business Analyst (Chinese Speaking)

A leading financial organisation seeks a ServiceNow Business Analyst in Hong Kong to enhance vulnerability management processes and drive operational excellence across regional and local operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyse requirements for ServiceNow Vulnerability Response, translating business needs into clear requirements and user stories
• Identify process improvements by assessing capability gaps and defining workflow, configuration, and ownership changes
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment across IT, Cyber Security, and business teams to establish effective vulnerability processes
• Oversee process readiness through workflow documentation, reporting requirements, and CMDB data requirements
• Coordinate SIT/UAT by managing test execution, defect resolution, and production readiness activities
• Enable adoption and change through training, knowledge transfer, and clear process documentation

Candidate profile:

• Experience with Vulnerability Response (VR), CMDB, or ITSM modules, with knowledge of vulnerability management processes
• Chinese speaking with strong stakeholder communication skills
