Business Analyst - AI Adoption

Seeking an AI Adoption Business Analyst to drive enterprise AI initiatives, bridge business and technology teams, and accelerate digital transformation outcomes.

Job Duties:

• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and end users to gather, analyse, and refine business requirements for AI and digital innovation initiatives.
• Drive AI adoption projects by translating business needs into clear user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and prioritized delivery backlogs.
• Review existing workflows and identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and maximize value through AI-enabled solutions.
• Support end-to-end project delivery, including planning, progress tracking, risk management, governance reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate AI proof-of-concept initiatives, from business case validation and feasibility assessment through testing, deployment, and post-implementation review.
• Work closely with technical teams, vendors, and product owners to ensure AI solutions meet business objectives and user expectations.
• Plan and coordinate testing activities, including UAT, integration testing, and regression testing, while managing issue resolution and quality assurance activities.
• Monitor and maintain deployed AI solutions, supporting continuous enhancements, performance reviews, and adoption improvements.
• Prepare project reports, user guides, training materials, and presentation decks to facilitate change management and user engagement.
• Track solution performance, usage trends, and adoption metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
• Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams to drive successful AI transformation and user adoption.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT project delivery, digital transformation, or technology-driven initiatives.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and project delivery frameworks.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, UAT coordination, and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to identify business challenges and translate them into practical technology or AI-driven solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across different levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with a proactive mindset towards continuous learning and innovation.
• Experience with digital platforms, workflow automation, AI applications, or enterprise transformation projects will be an advantage.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
