Product Manager/ Product Developement- Insurance ~45K

Lead insurance product initiatives from development to launch, driving innovation, market competitiveness, and successful implementation across diverse distribution channels.

Job Duties

• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept development to launch and post-implementation review.
• Partner with internal departments to coordinate product rollout, ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth execution.
• Develop and maintain product-related documents, marketing support materials, and internal approval papers.
• Perform system testing and validation to ensure product setup and customer journeys function as intended.
• Monitor market movements, competitor offerings, and customer trends to identify new opportunities and product enhancements.
• Support product optimization initiatives and contribute to strategic projects that improve business performance.
• Provide product insights and recommendations to support commercial and business growth objectives.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Insurance, Business, Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience in insurance product management, with exposure to life insurance products preferred.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and insurance market dynamics.
• Commercially minded with the ability to translate market insights into business opportunities.
• Proven ability to work across multiple stakeholders and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling projects independently.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Team-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering quality results.
