Business Analyst – Digital Transform- Insurer~40K

Join a life insurer as a Business Analyst, driving digital transformation and operational improvements across customer, agency, and insurance operations processes.

Job Duties

• Support digital transformation initiatives across insurance operations, focusing on enhancing customer and agency experiences.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from operational and business stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technology teams to ensure successful delivery of digital solutions.
• Review existing operational processes and identify opportunities for automation, workflow enhancement, and efficiency improvements.
• Participate in system enhancement, digital platform implementation, UAT testing, and process change management.
• Monitor project progress, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure solutions are delivered according to business needs.
• Assist in evaluating and optimizing digital tools used by customers, agents, and internal operations teams.
• Prepare business documentation, process flows, user stories, and project reports.
• Support user training, system rollout, and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Information Systems, Insurance, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably within insurance, financial services, or digital transformation projects.
• Good understanding of life insurance operations, policy administration, claims, underwriting, or agency processes.
• Experience gathering business requirements and coordinating system enhancement or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, workflow automation, or operational improvement projects is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
• Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.
