Oracle EPM Analyst (FCCS / PBCS)

Oracle EPM Analyst role supporting FCCS/PBCS systems, financial close processes, and enhancements within a dynamic finance and technology environment.

Job Duties:

• Provide BAU support for Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including FCCS, PBCS, and Narrative Reporting
• Monitor data loads, scheduled jobs, and ensure system stability
• Troubleshoot application, data, and process issues in a timely manner
• Handle user requests, access control, and incident resolution
• Collaborate with finance teams to gather requirements and support financial close processes
• Support data integration and validation across financial systems
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles
• Implement system enhancements such as forms, reports, metadata, and business rules
• Support testing (SIT/UAT) and deployment of system updates

Job Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud
• Solid experience in FCCS and PBCS / EPBCS modules
• Familiar with data integration tools (e.g., Data Management / FDMEE)
• Basic knowledge of Essbase concepts (dimensions, hierarchies, members)
• Experience in business rules and calculation scripts
• Prior exposure to financial close processes is preferred
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills to liaise with finance stakeholders
