A leading financial institution is seeking a Project Analyst / Support to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare user requirements for bank and HKEX initiative projects
  • Follow up on action items post-project meetings
  • Review functional specifications and ensure alignment with project goals
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for banking and HKEX projects
  • Handle ad-hoc requests and assignments from managers efficiently

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 2–3 years of experience in banking projects related to FX, securities, bonds, funds, or investment products
  • Product knowledge in equities / fixed income is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint (including Chinese Word Processing)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
  • A proactive team player with problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn
