Key responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst / Product Officer, your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around enhancing digital products tailored for Wealth Management, Equities, and Stock Trading clients.

• Collaborate with Product Managers on requirement gathering and platform enhancements.
• Analyse customer feedback to improve digital product usability.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure delivery quality for customer channels and internal platforms.
• Evaluate new ideas and propose service enhancements for channels.
• Assess and manage risks in channel development and enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.

Candidate profile:

To excel as a Business Analyst / Product Officer, you will bring not only technical expertise but also strong interpersonal qualities

• Degree holder in a related discipline.
• 2-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product or Channel Manager in Wealth Management/Equities/Stock Trading domain.
• Strong knowledge of banking and securities trading operations, procedures, rules, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile & Waterfall environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
