Product Owner (AI Solution, Cantonese Required)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to lead the development and deployment of our AI initiatives. This role involves defining the product vision, managing the entire lifecycle from conception to delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build cutting-edge AI solutions.

• Define and champion the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI products, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and the latest technological trends.
• Prioritize features and initiatives by assessing their potential impact, technical feasibility, and strategic relevance.
• Keep updated on emerging AI developments and seamlessly incorporate innovative solutions into the product development plan.
• Transform business challenges and data-driven insights into detailed product specifications, user stories, and technical documentation.
• Act as a bridge for communication between technical teams, such as data scientists and engineers, and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
• Lead research efforts, including data analysis, customer feedback, and industry benchmarking, to validate ideas and guide product decisions.
• Leverage AI tools and automation techniques to enhance product efficiency, performance, and decision-making capabilities.
• Establish relevant metrics and KPIs to measure success, monitor performance, and continuously refine AI solutions through iterative improvements.
• Collaborate with external vendors, technology partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth integration of AI functionalities into existing platforms and ecosystems.

Requirments:

• At least 4 years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or related fields.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and applicable frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate complex data insights into actionable product features and solutions.
• Strong technical skills, including familiarity with APIs, system architecture, and cloud computing platforms.
• Experience working closely with data scientists, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in managing the full product lifecycle within fast-paced, innovative environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders effectively.
