Job Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the execution of the company’s growth strategy and key initiatives.
• Manage cross-departmental projects, including regional expansion, new business buildout, and process reengineering.
• Enhance the business platform with AI-driven solutions to support global expansion.
• Maintain strong networks and stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to ensure seamless project execution.

Job Requirements

• Graduate or post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in financial services, particularly in investment banking or global markets.
• Strong knowledge of institutional sales/trading in equities, FICC products (derivatives/structured products), wealth management, and retail brokerage.
• Proven track record in managing business buildouts and process reengineering projects.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for technology innovation with a pragmatic approach to delivering solutions.
• Highly collaborative team player who fosters accountability and collaboration across all levels.
