Release Manager - Oracle Cloud

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Release Manager to oversee and govern quarterly and monthly updates for Oracle Cloud SaaS across Finance and HCM processes. This role ensures seamless adoption of updates, minimizes risks, and aligns release timelines with internal governance while maintaining business continuity during critical cycles.

Responsibilities:

• Govern Oracle Cloud SaaS releases across regions and business units.
• Ensure controlled adoption of updates without disrupting financial close or payroll cycles.
• Act as the single point of accountability for release readiness, stakeholder communication, and go/no-go decisions.
• Coordinate regression testing, change management, and deployment activities at scale.
• Align Oracle-driven release timelines with internal configuration and support governance.
• Conduct impact assessments on updates affecting security, integrations, and reporting.
• Reduce risks of production incidents, regressions, and unplanned outages caused by poorly coordinated releases.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in enterprise application release management, preferably in SaaS environments.
• Hands-on experience managing Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM releases.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud update cycles and mandatory requirements
• Proficent in Chinese and English
