Business Application Specialist - 35k (2-3 yrs,HR/Supply Chain)

My client is looking for Business Application Specialist to oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of core business applications.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of core business applications (including ERP, HR, and collaboration tools). Ensure system stability, security, and compliance with company policies.
• Partner with business peers to identify process gaps and translate requirements into sustainable system enhancements within existing business applications as well as new developments.
• Provided first-level user support and troubleshooting to colleagues and external partners on all business applications used within RFE.
• Lead application-related projects from planning to deployment, including vendor coordination and stakeholder communication to further enhance the system landscape and digitization efforts within RFE.
• Design and deliver training sessions and user guides for new features and systems.
• Restructure and optimize the organization’s data landscape to enable efficient, accurate, and impactful reporting and analytics, ensuring data is leveraged effectively to drive informed business decisions.

Requirements:

• University degree with computer science, information systems or business intelligence background.
• 3-10 years of work experience in IT / business applications position
• Strong background in system integration, data management, and reporting.
• Experience in project management; advanced organizational skills
• Ability to conceptualize solutions and think holistically from a systems perspective, ensuring alignment across processes, data, and technology.
• Advanced communication and teamwork skills; intercultural competence
• Fluent in spoken and written English & Cantonese.
• Independent, responsible and pro-active working style
• Knowledge of SQL, Power Bi, HRMS considered a plus
