Senior Business Analyst (Digital, Consultancy) - 55k

We are seeking a seenior BA to address complex business challenges, particularly in commodity trading, commercial operations, and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative digital solutions tailored to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, commercial, operations, market intelligence, and finance) to gather and analyze detailed business requirements.
• Identify operational challenges and design digital solutions that align with business objectives, focusing on areas such as trading, supply chain, and commercial operations.
• Translate high-level business goals into actionable processes, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for business requirements, functional designs, and technical solution frameworks.
• Support the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions, including testing, validation, deployment, and post-implementation optimization.
• Provide ongoing support for implemented systems by identifying opportunities for enhancement and ensuring alignment with evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Technology, or Business-related fields.
• 6–8 years of experience in industries such as commercial operations, supply chain management, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Proven expertise in supporting digital transformation projects or analyzing/designing business systems.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications such as ERP systems, CTRM/ETRM platforms, SCM tools, advanced analytics solutions, or emerging technologies like Generative AI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on creating practical solutions for real-world challenges.
• Solid understanding of business processes related to commodity trading, supply chain workflows, data integration, and performance metrics.
• Ability to act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders by effectively communicating requirements and facilitating project execution.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and functions.
• Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin language skills are an added advantage.
