Programme Manager – Banking Client- AI (chat & voice)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Conversational AI and Generative AI projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Drive technology change initiatives, focusing on chat and voice product innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless Agile delivery using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, providing strategic insights and updates.
• Manage project risks, budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience leading complex change programmes in the banking or financial services sector.
• Proven expertise in Conversational AI and Generative AI technologies for customer-facing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies; proficiency in Jira and Confluence is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Cantonese (both written and spoken).
• Ability to build trust and influence at the C-suite level.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across diverse teams.
