HCM Process Lead – HR System Transformation

A market-leading, customer-focused organization is seeking an experienced HCM Process Lead to drive the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud across regional HR teams. Reporting to the IT Project Lead, you will play a key role in streamlining HR processes, managing vendor activities, and ensuring successful system adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with regional HR stakeholders to understand current workflows, gather requirements, and document user stories.
  • Analyze and map "as-is" and "to-be" HR processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with system implementation partners to design, configure, and optimize HR processes within Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of configurations, testing, and system updates.
  • Facilitate alignment between HR teams, technical teams, and vendors by addressing process differences and achieving stakeholder consensus.
  • Oversee end-to-end testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and trainers during new feature rollouts or quarterly system updates.
  • Support go-live activities by ensuring effective user adoption, troubleshooting issues, and providing post-implementation support.
  • Monitor system performance post-implementation and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in project management/business analysis roles or HR process design/system implementation.
  • Strong expertise in HR operations with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud or similar platforms.
  • Proven track record of working with regional HR teams on large-scale transformation projects.
  • Experience managing change initiatives and driving process improvements across diverse teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with functional consultants, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English,Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
