Business Analyst/Product Officer– Bank / Wealth Mgt/ Securities

A market-leading banking client is seeking a Business Analyst / Product Officer with solid experience in Wealth Management, Equities, or Stock Trading projects. Join a dynamic team to enhance digital products, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Managers on requirement gathering and platform enhancements.
• Analyze customer feedback to improve digital product usability.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure delivery quality for customer channels and internal platforms.
• Evaluate new ideas and propose service enhancements for channels.
• Assess and manage risks in channel development and enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in a related discipline.
• 2-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product or Channel Manager in Wealth Management/Equities/Stock Trading domain.
• Strong knowledge of banking and securities trading operations, procedures, rules, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile & Waterfall environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
