Agile Business Analyst/ Product Owner- Financial Service

You will work closely with stakeholders, offshore technical teams, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and successful delivery of impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives.
• Define and prioritize features in the product backlog to maximize value delivery.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, UX) and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams to facilitate seamless communication.
• Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5+ years of experience in platform management or similar roles (e.g., Product Owner or Business Analyst).
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies with hands-on Scrum experience.
• Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into practical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working on enterprise systems or digital platforms is essential.
• Background in insurance, banking, or financial services industries is highly preferred.
