PM/BA - Market Data Project (Investment Banking) - 70k

Seeking a talented and motivated professional to join our Data Business Department as part of the Platform Solutions Team.You will lead the charge in delivering cutting-edge data initiatives, bridging business needs with technological solutions. You'll combine your expertise in business analysis and project management to drive strategic projects that shape the future of data services within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for technological enhancements.
• Conduct detailed business and technical analysis to evaluate and validate solutions for production implementation.
• Gather and document requirements by understanding business objectives and rationale.
• Prepare and execute UAT testing, including test planning, test cases, training materials, and relevant documentation.
• Manage projects end-to-end, tracking progress, risks, scope, schedule, and costs in coordination with business and IT teams.
• Develop project proposals with clear business justification, execution plans, financial projections, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Perform risk management analysis to identify potential issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate across teams to execute market data projects, identify new business opportunities, and support departmental planning efforts.
• Analyze industry trends in market data to inform business strategy and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager within Banking, Brokerage, FinTech, or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, trading lifecycle processes, database systems, and architecture.
• Proven expertise in business analysis and working effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects across their full lifecycle with excellent organizational skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving; innovative mindset is essential.
• Proficiency in written/spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is advantageous.
