This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a platform revamp project, driving process standardization and change adoption across regions while collaborating with diverse stakeholders in a global environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Standardize Business Analyst Standards & Frameworks: Develop and implement standardized methodologies and frameworks for business analysis across the organization.
    • Performance Process Mapping & Reengineering: Analyze, map, and reengineer existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness as part of the platform revamp initiative.
    • Change Management & Adoption: Facilitate workshops to drive change adoption across regional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
    • Cross-Regional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders from different regions to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and execution of project deliverables.
    • Governance & Best Practices: Support the Global Project Governance Team in establishing best practices and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

    Key Requirements:

    • Industry Experience: Proven experience in the insurance or financial services industry is essential.
    • Process Expertise: Strong background in process mapping, reengineering, and standardization within large-scale projects, familiar with Lean and Six Sigma
    • Change Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, drive change adoption, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Global Mindset: Comfortable working in a multicultural environment with cross-regional teams.
    • Fluency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
    • Availability: Candidates available on short notice will be given preference.
