ERP & Digital Solution Manager (70k, Manufacturing)

We are seeking an experienced ERP & Digital Solution Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives across Hong Kong and Mainland China. Managing a team of professionals, you will oversee ERP systems, SaaS solutions, and eCommerce platforms to drive operational efficiency and business growth. Ideal candidates have 10–15 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and a background in health & manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a cross-functional team of 13 members, including software engineers, data analytics managers, and external vendors across Hong Kong and Mainland China.
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems to streamline manufacturing operations, supply chain management, inventory control, and financial processes.
• Manage SaaS solutions to improve operational efficiency across departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and logistics.
• Drive the development and enhancement of eCommerce digital platforms to support online sales growth and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and align ERP functionalities with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget while maintaining quality standards.
• Work closely with the Data Analytics Manager to leverage data insights for decision-making across various functions.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver digital transformation projects on time and within scope while managing risks effectively.

Job Requirements:

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in ERP system management, digital solutions development, or IT project management.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams across multiple locations (Hong Kong & Mainland China).
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite) and SaaS solutions implementation.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and their integration with backend systems.
• Experience in health, manufacturing or related industries is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams toward achieving common goals.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Cantonese/Mandarin is highly desirable for effective collaboration across regions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
