Finance Solution Manager – Finance Transformation and Systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end finance system projects, including ERP/EPM implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Manage transitions from existing EPM/ERP systems to China-localized finance software with minimal disruption.
• Conduct gap analysis between global and local systems; design solutions to bridge functional and process differences.
• Act as the key liaison between Headquarters Finance, Local Finance teams, and IT departments.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively across cultures and organizational levels to manage expectations and drive change.
• Lead change management initiatives to support process reengineering and cultural adaptation during system transitions.
• Develop training programs and communication plans for smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation in finance operations through technology optimization.
• Ensure all finance solutions comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and local regulatory standards.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies for successful delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in finance systems management, including hands-on ERP/EPM implementation.
• Proven expertise in both China-localized finance software and global ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
• Strong understanding of finance processes and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-border finance transformation projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
