Tech Project Manager / Digital Delivery Lead

We are seeking a Digital Project Manager / Digital Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile practices, project management, and digital solution delivery. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, vendor management, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive the adoption of innovative digital technologies that enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, estimates, scope statements, and requirements documents.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication across teams and departments to analyze and review business needs.
• Support the adoption of digital technologies (e.g., mobile apps, web portals) to improve engagement and user experience.
• Manage resource allocation and budget tracking for projects.
• Create detailed timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives effectively.
• Support change management initiatives for smooth adoption of new digital solutions and processes.
• Collaborate with regional technology teams and IT vendors for successful delivery.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computing, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• 5–10 years of working experience with at least 3+ years in Project Management/Technical Lead/IT BA roles.
• Proven experience in delivering digital app/CRM/mar-tech/data projects.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies; knowledge of web/mobile/API integration is a plus.
• Strong vendor management skills with exposure to the latest digital solutions.
• Fast learner with excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
