Digital Business Analyst/Product Analyst– Bank/FX/bonds/wealth

Seeking a Digital Business Analyst to enhance wealth/investment products by defining requirements, analyzing customer behavior, conducting market research, and driving innovative digital solutions for seamless feature rollouts.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to support the development and enhancement of wealth and investment products. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product owners to define requirements, prepare user stories, conduct market research, and analyze customer behavior for new feature rollouts. This role focuses on driving innovation in digital channels while ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units and product owners to define requirements and create user stories for system scoping.
• Validate Functional Requirements/Business Solution Specifications to ensure alignment with user needs.
• Analyze customer feedback and behavior to enhance digital channel development and initiatives.
• Conduct market research on competitors and propose innovative features for wealth/investment products.
• Lead UAT by preparing test scenarios, reviewing test cases, and monitoring progress with users/testers.
• Manage project risks, issues, and inter-dependencies, escalating when necessary.
• Oversee the execution of changes and rollouts, ensuring smooth transitions to target states.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Analyst in financial services or related fields.
• Experience in projects related to banking product , specially on FX / Bonds/ Securities / Stocks or wealth/investment products is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of complex operational environments and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills for workflow and process analysis.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities under pressure effectively.
• Immediate availability or short notice is a plus.
