Project Manager - HR system / HRIS - Success factor

This role will spearhead corporate solution transformation projects, focusing on implementing new HR system / HRIS solutions integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide corporate solution transformation projects across multiple business domains
• Oversee implementation & integration of new HR system on success factor including HCM, Payroll integration with other system
• Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Direct cross-functional project teams to achieve transformation goals
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope requirements
• Provide strategic guidance on enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 10 years experience in Project Management leadership roles
• Proven track record in managing large-scale enterprise transformation projects
• Deep expertise in HR system such as Successfactor / SAP HCM
• Strong proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Experience in managing multi-million dollar IT budgets is a plus
• Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to travel occasionally for project requirements
