IT Business Analyst - CMS /CRM/ERP enterprise project

Join us as an experienced IT Business Analyst to lead large-scale CMS/CRM/ERP projects, streamline business processes, manage integrations, develop workflows, and drive impactful change across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support the design process by defining requirements and validating features.
• Facilitate workshops to map out business processes and identify gaps for improvement.
• Coordinate integration tasks with existing systems like SSO and e-Signature platforms.
• Help create standardized templates, clause libraries, and approval workflows for efficiency.
• Track project progress, manage vendors, and document phased rollouts effectively.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation including meeting notes, BRDs, and technical specs.
• Perform system testing using prepared use cases to ensure functionality meets expectations.
• Assist with data migration efforts to ensure seamless transitions between systems.
• Design training resources and user manuals to support organizational change management efforts.
• Offer post-launch support while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate across departments to consolidate requirements during workshops.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• At least 8 years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst handling large-scale integration projects.
• In-depth knowledge of business processes; familiarity with Contract management/ Content management / CRM/ ERP processes is preferred.
• Skilled in tools like PowerBI & low-code workflow platforms.
• Proficient in English & Chinese (Cantonese).
• Strong background in project tracking & vendor management.
• Experience with system testing & data migration.
