Agile Project Manager / BA - Life Insurance

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to oversee the agency system transformation project, ensuring smooth project execution and effective stakeholder collaboration.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define and confirm the project scope with all key stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
• Create detailed project plans, including business rationale, resource requirements, and financial estimates, seeking approval from designated sponsors.
• Identify potential project risks, develop change management strategies, and communicate mitigation plans clearly and proactively.
• Build, lead, and inspire the project team to achieve all deliverables within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Manage onshore and offshore vendor for system delievery, assist in analysing & gather requirement from business
• Develop the Project Charter, outlining roles and responsibilities for project teams and stakeholders.
• Assist the Director of PMO in overseeing project budgets, resource allocation, and financial tracking across multiple IT initiatives, including external vendors and remote teams.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Demonstrated experience managing IT transformation projects in the insurance or financial services sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile/ Scrum
• Familiar with life insurance operation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement & vendor management
• Ability to craft and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Leadership skills to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Cantonese and English
